一份超好吃食谱 ·  BORTSCH2023.9
Digital Drawing
This project is the first September issue of the 2022 illustration column I drew for UAL Chinese Students and Scholars Association. A recipe for borscht from Shanghai was shared with international students who had just arrived in London.

Borscht originated from the East Slavic people in Eastern Europe, and was later introduced to Northeast China. It was later developed in Shanghai and became a borscht that is more in line with local tastes.

I hope that this simple Shanghai borscht soupcan help students who have left their hometowns quickly adapt to study abroad life, eat delicious meals, and find their own way of life in the outside world.
